          By providing superior service to my clients I strive to achieve a life long real estate relationship with my clients. I will not provide advice or make decisions based upon a short term relationship philosophy. Your experience and satisfaction as the client are of utmost importance to me.  

          One of the keys to establishing this life-long relationship is the development of TRUST with my clients. As I work with clients in an agency relationship, clients need to have full faith and confidence that the advice I provide, especially with pricing, is trustworthy. I work to establish trust by providing thorough analysis and standing by what I tell my clients.

          To hold myself accountable to you at all times during your real estate transaction, I provide a Buyer Services Guarantee or Seller Services Guarantee.  In Colorado, the state approved representation contracts do not allow for buyers and sellers to fire their representative during the term of the representation agreement. Very few real estate professionals are willing to offer a service guarantee that lets you terminate the representation agreement at any time!!

          Because I work in the best interests of my clients I do work the entire metro Denver area.  The cities I serve are: Denver, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Arvada, Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Aurora, Castle Rock, Parker, Westminister, Broomfield.  This includes the counties of: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson.
